I took a few minutes the other day to sit down with one of our new Customer Care Specialists, Tagui Chilyan, and got to know her a bit better. Here is the conversation we had:
How long have you been working for ScanDigital?
Just about 2 ½ months, almost 3.
Oh, you’re pretty new here.
Yeah..maybe I’m not the best person for this..*laughs*
No, you’re fine. It’s cool that you’ve worked your way up so quickly. What position did you start at here and what is your position now?
I was a scanner and now I’m a Customer Care Specialist.
What do you like most about working at ScanDigital?
I like the culture that surrounds the company and I really like my co-workers.
Have you had any previous jobs?
Yes. I was a video editor at a company called Fresh and Smoked Productions for 2 years.
I’ve also had a few free-lance editing jobs, which involved working on documentaries.
I also helped work on video interviews on live events and concerts, such as the “Wango Tango,” which is a KISFM concert.
Did you attend a University, and, if yes, what was your major?
Yes. I went to UC Irvine and was a film major.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love to cook and edit videos.
