Your memories are important to you and they're important to us. That is why we developed a tracking system with unprecedented insights into our process. Whether you are having photos, slides or negatives converted to digital or film and video cassettes transferred to digital, we provide real time tracking for each step of the ScanDigital process. We built our EssentialTracker system to better inform our customers of the exact stage of their order and provide unprecedented transparency into our process. We spent countless hours developing our proprietary system to ensure the safe-activity of your precious memories throughout every step of our process.

Upon arrival all packages are scanned and marked as received in our system. Be sure to use our generated shipping label with barcode displayed so that your package can be scanned as received when it first arrives. Once opened, we inventory your materials and catalogue the contents of your package in our system. We also make note of special instructions for the technicians, as a way to offer our customers a more customized and flexible service. Any organization that you have provided is maintained and we go to great lengths to be sure we deliver your new digital memories in a manner that mirrors the originals. Once inventoried, packages are stored in sealed, labeled containers while in the queue for scanning. Below, you can see our EssentialTracker System and how our remaining steps are outlined. All materials are subject to multiple Quality Checks throughout our process

The EssentialTracker System allows for flawless internal tracking and complete transparency for our customers. We can locate your package from start to finish, whether the order is on a truck with UPS or in our state of the art facility. Additionally, you will receive email alerts each step of the way, allowing you to rest easy knowing that your most treasured photographs are in good hands. "Your company is great! The customer service you guys provide is wonderful. I found you online at Google & chose your company over other scanning services for 2 reasons: 1. My photos stayed here in the U.S. and were not "farmed out" to another country. 2. I liked the fact that I could view my pictures at an online gallery & then order products directly from that gallery and site. After finding you on Google and reading up on Scanning services, I phoned your 1-800 number with a few questions and to hear in person that my 70 years worth of family photos would not be shipped out of the country.
