Our Approach to Turnaround
We have the fastest turnaround time in the industry. Period. Many orders are returned in just one week! Our service is fast and efficient, leaving no room for error. Transitions are airtight, from checking your order in to scanning to editing and through every stage clearly outlined in our EssentialTracker System. Although these materials may have sat in a closet for years, they certainly won't be sitting long here. We never compromise our quality for speed, but have built a superior process that provides both - all at a reasonable price.
Average orders of less than 1,000 images typically take only a few weeks. The tables above are updated regularly, so that is your best guide and, of course, our friendly team is always here and ready to answer any questions you might have. If you have a much larger order, we can provide a time quote to guarantee you receive your order on the specified date as promised.

We recommend that you use UPS Ground to ship your materials to us. It's easy to figure out how long it will take for your package to arrive safely at ScanDigital.
First, find where you live on the map below and note the color of your area. Then find the color in the "Transit Days" key at the lower right. UPS Ground will deliver your package in that many days. If you need a faster delivery time, upgrade to 2nd Day or Next Day Air.

If you choose UPS Ground for delivery of your completed order, you can see how long it will take to arrive at your address once it leaves the ScanDigital facility.
