We are committed to remaining a solely US-based operation for several reasons, which include assuring your memories are safe and secure, maintaining the highest level of quality and keeping our turnaround down to the shortest in the industry.
Safety and Security
The safety and security of your materials is our number one priority, as our ScanDigital team feels it is a privilege to be entrusted with your most treasured photos and home movies. By running our operations under one US-based location, we can keep an eye on your order at all times and eliminate any room for error. We are proud to say- we have never had any order lost or damaged.
In addition to keeping our operations in the US, we at ScanDigital have made every effort to keeping your materials safe and secure. Our site is integrated with UPS, so when you place your order online, our site automatically generates a trackable shipping label. That label is recorded in our system, so we are able to know exactly where your order is en route to our facility. After we receive your package, your order is internally tracked through our Essential Tracker System.Within your account, you are able to see exactly which stage your order is in within our process at all times. This transparency allows customers to feel confident knowing what is taking place and when.
ScanDigital provides the highest quality digitization service and we're dedicated to keeping it that way. By having our operations in one US facility, we can monitor all operations under the same roof. Our quality procedures include manual scanning, individual editing techniques and our flexibility to accommodate our customers. Every photo is reviewed by three separate skilled technicians, every time, to ensure the end result displays our commitment to excellence.
Our US-based location also contributes to our turnaround time. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, while maintaining our strict quality standards. Our team never compromises quality for speed, but have built a superior process that allows both.
Average turnaround time for Photo Scanning orders is about 3-4 weeks and Video & Film orders are about 4-5 weeks. However, we're usually happy to accommodate rush orders if you need your materials processed on a very tight deadline.
